Payment
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted through PayPal. Note that you will be redirected from our site to a PayPal checkout page. At the PayPal checkout page, it is possible to complete the payment by signing into an existing account or by checking out as a guest using the 'Don't have a PayPal account?' option.

Shipping
All orders are shipped with Canada Post at a flat rate. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the ship to address. Please note that for international orders, all duties and other charges are to be paid by the customer. For delivery to:

Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your merchandise or the product was damaged during shipping, please email (cdnpride.com@gmail.com) or call (250-658-4528) and we will be happy to find a solution. Then simply return your purchase in its original new condition, unworn, with its original invoice in a padded envelope and we will be happy to make the exchange.
We are not responsible for inappropriate care of our products resulting in damaged merchandise.

Canadian Pride is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party wihtout your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Canadian Pride Jewellery does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Stones
The amethyst (purple) and garnet (red) stones are both real stones. Meanwhile, the blue topaz (light blue), peridot (green) and aquamarine (blue) stones are all synthetic (man-made) coloured stones.
Also note, it is best to clean our sterling silver products with specialized jewellery cleaning cloths.
